Circumstances of Disappearance: Oliver was initially reported as a runaway on 1/12/2009. No contact has been made and status has been changed to missing person since turning 21 years of age. He was last seen leaving the Evergreen House without permission after an argument and reportedly went to see a friend in Shoreline. He was wearing an orange jacket, green sweatshirt, and blue jeans.

Bumping up once. I wonder if he's still missing. Why no photo, no pleas for information? He was only 17 at the time.
