This could definitely get interesting. LE has done their homework with missing and UID in Washington state due to the Green River Killer investigation. Hopefully they can use that experience to find out who this is.

......Investigators says they are still waiting on test results more than a year later to know if the skull fragment is from a man or a woman....

I can't see this case in Namus.
