Immigration record from Canada to the USA in 1943 lists her hometown as Osoyoos, BC (and confirms her maiden name to be Derrickson).

Her son RT notes that his mother is Okanagan Nation Alliance. Since she's from Osoyoos, I'd venture to guess that she's from the Osoyoos Indian Band. No luck finding any photos.
