Unfortunately this guy has very little identifying information even though he was listed as having a "recognizable face"

Circumstances: Found on the north bank of the Spokane River at Howard Street (around here I’m guessing). ~ 60's male found sitting upright, face partially eaten by rats according to exam report, but still recognizable. Possible transient male. Dental information not mentioned in the report. Fingerprints taken and no match through FBI. Death listed as natural, Arteriosclerosis, Arterioscerotic heart disease. Case report indicates that only an external exam of the body was done. Our office has asked that the original fingerprint card be located so that the prints can be uploaded into AFIS if this has not already occurred. Currently we are waiting for this to happen. NO DNA samples remaining for submission.
