This really takes close to home for me and I have lived in that town before. It is a town for having some rich people. Ironically when I lived there I was a preteen living in poverty with my mentally and physically ill father. Man I stook out like a sore thumb. I am very curious as to who this man is. JMO

Identified as William Burns, a homeless man who had been known to sleep in trash bins. Death is accidental. He apparently was picked up in a recycling bin while sleeping and that is how he ended up at the recycling plant.
