Yakima County Sheriff's deputies say a person called around 5 a.m. Friday morning saying they discovered the body on the Fred Redman bridge...

Deputies say it appears to be the body of a man and they believe someone may have dumped the body.

It appears the person had been dead for some time and the body has significant decomposition...

The body was dropped off on the bridge sometime overnight, Russell said.

I found this while I was looking for more information

The Yakima County Sheriff’s Office says they identified the body as Vicente Rodriguez-Carrillo. They say the man’s family, who lives out of state, came forward asking for help looking for the victim several weeks after he was found dead.
