Here's another link. Be sure to look at the unique ring, which investigators believe could be a family heirloom. Also note the box-cutter, which apparently has "Debbie" written on it.

Thanks for posting. I hope someone recognizes the photo of the rapist and calls authorities. Good thing they used his DNA profile to create a physical likeness.

On May 1, 2018, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia secured an indictment of the DNA profile of the unknown suspect on charges stemming from the two attacks that took place in Washington, D.C. This is the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia has ever indicted a John Doe DNA profile.

Also notice they're trying the new tactic of indicting the DNA profile of the rapist. I read about this kind of thing in a comment in the Golden State Killer thread. LE can use this kind of indictment against an unknown rapist and still prosecute after the statute of limitations has expired.

First I've heard of indicting the DNA. Zoicks! It seems part 'Brave New World' and part Darned Good Idea.
