Who Do I Email (or PM) to Have a Thread Moved to Located?

Maybe dumb question, but who should I notify if a Missing thread can be moved to Located? In this case, I added an update for Anis and Juliette Egheterafi, the two missing children from Montgomery Co, MD, that states that they were found unharmed. TIA.
