if they were standing OFF the property, they would appear to be impartial, they would appear to be keeping the peace for everyone. but they are not. they are standing ON the property WITH the anthonys AGAINST the protesters and literally the press is reporting on their behalf to the world that the guardian a's are PROTECTING the anthonys. in other words, protecting the anthonys from the protesters. first of all, if bigshot puffed up "im ready for my closeup mr demille" cindy anthony would stop stomping and parading and huffing and puffing and wielding baseball bats and hammers at people everytime she sees the red light on the camera turn on, maybe she'd garner a little more respect and support from people. think about it! if she and george were insistent that caylee was alive but they did NOT protect, cover for, get stories straight with, and concoct these cockamamie theories of other countries with casey, the whole world would feel so bad for them, even though most of us believe as LE does that caylee is dead, our hearts would break for them if they werent covering for and lying for casey in all this. they have alienated the whole world with their bull. and that sucks because we want to feel for them, we want to cry with them, but they have covered for casey vehemently and viciously maligned every good person or group who has ever been involved in any way shape or form in finding caylee dead OR alive. they made people mistrust them. they made people dislike them. they made people suspicious of them. all by themselves. im certainly not condoning some of the protesters behavior at all. at all, some of them are acting like they just had their first drink and wouldt it be fun to go get in a fight just because there is an opportunity to do so. but that isnt the majority of the protesters. those are just idiots. the protesters have a right to be there and they have a right to cry out for justice. caylees own family isnt doing that, someone has to. Marc Klaas, Beth Twitty, John Walsh. did angry mobs assemble at their houses demanding justice? did we scream and yell and carry on at them?...that would be a very emphatic NO. no, our hearts went out to them. think about why. secondly, the cops are the law there, not the guardian angels. the cops are constantly showing up there, in fact they had to show up EVEN THOUGH (and perhaps BECAUSE) THE GUARDIAN ANGELS WERE THERE. the guardians should be guarding the areas being searched from evidence being destroyed or removed if they want to make themselves useful. i used to greatly admire them growing up. all i can think now is wtf is curtis sliwa thinking?!? is he still in charge? cuz they just flushed their reputation down the toilet for their "jerry springer" moment. my whole life i admired them. they are nothing but a joke now in my eyes. they dont care anymore about what they stood for. they used to be the good guys. they didnt used to tolerate criminal behavior. now they are protecting it, and it sounds like, possibly committing it, in exchange for some publicity. i didnt see the good guys on tv. i saw a bunch of posers. a bunch of losers. sorry. some of my childhood heroes capes just fell off.

I hardly call penny throwing vandalizing a home. We must be on the same 2 threads tonight, but I am leaving soon. I must go to MY JOB.

They were throwing more than pennies, it was rocks... they made several holes in the windows. Plus they were banging on the garage door, yelling threats loud enough to wake the neighbors.... all at 1:30 in the morning. So calling 911 was the right thing to do.

I do agree that the Anthonys were correct in calling 911 - not because of the loose change that was being whipped at the windows, but because someone started banging on the garage door.

If only they'd stayed indoors like the police instructed them to do.
