why are my notifications deleted?

I had surgery so I wasn't able to check them for several days. Yes, I clicked 'show all'. Yes, I toggled my preferences to whatever it needed to be (I forget now). I had quite a few and was going to catch up today but today they're all gone. They only go back to Tuesday.

I find I have to go to watched threads and see if anything is bold. Unfortunately, it takes you to the beginning of the thread, not the last spot you were at.

I've noticed that too, but I've also seen this with other websites that use the same software as we do. I think it's a bug with Xenforo.

It's on my list of things to monitor, but I don't have a great answer for you yet.
