Where can I listen to the last 4 enhanced seconds?
You can't because it does not exist. It's just pure "evidence fantasy" for those who wish to believe it. Maybe it was even a bold move by the BPD to put pressure on PR and JR. Any version that you hear over the net are fake. (and very poorly almost comical.) I used to have a link to one but I've lost it. I am searching for it.

Zman,

That's misinformation. The enhanced final few seconds of Patsy's 911 call does indeed exist. However, it has never been released to the public.

On April 21, 1997 BPD Detective Melissa Hickman took the original 911 tape to giant defense contractor Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, California. The U.S. government is its main customer. And Aerospace Corporation doesn't manufacture anything -- it employs over 3,000 of the world's top scientists and engineers to further the nation's space and defense technologies. The company also trains local and state law enforcement agencies in these new techologies at little or no cost.

After Aerospace Corporation engineers Mike Epstein and Jim Roeder worked on the 911 tape they successfully enhanced John's and Burke's voices at the end of the tape. Burke Ramsey's voice is on the tape, which was recorded at 5:52 AM, proving the Ramseys lied when they claimed Burke was in bed all night and until 7:00 AM that morning when they woke him and took him to the White's house. That lie taints everything else the Ramseys had to say that morning.

The enhanced 911 tape exists and incriminates the Ramseys in a lie. It's one of the many reasons the cops will never let them out from under their "umbrella of suspicion".

I also doubt it. I think it was a hoax just to squeeze them harder. Until *I* hear it, I refuse to believe it.

Welcome Shanny!

Well, I can understand not going outside to look for JonBenet (although I would go outside and look). The note said the "small foreign faction" had her, so I can see them waiting for the call. However, the note also said don't talk to a stray dog, or they'll behead JonBenet, so the Ramsey's called all their friends over for a little coffee klatch. That's when I thought something isn't right.

I think the friends were called to contaminate the crime scene, and create confusion. The house should have been cleared of all those people.

Well, I think they still should have had a patrol car roaming the streets to at least see if they seen anything out of the ordinary.
When 10 o clock passed and the kidnappers didn't show up the police should have been searching outside the house.

They may have had a car patroling...I don't know (or remember). I think the police didn't believe it was a kidnapping...it's just too bad they didn't empty the house and search it. If they would have found JonBenet prior to John contaminating the crime scene, this case could have been solved.

If i were in the position the Rams were in that morning I think i would have contacted my closest neighbours , next door or across the road neighbours, thinking they may have seen something or heard something which may have helped.I would be to worried about my daughter to even think about my friends.

Its no coincidence people say that at a time like that, you would not be thinking 'I'd better invite all my friends over'. So many of us have said that and we are all different people from different walks of life.

It's incredulous to us, that the Ram's defied the RN like they did. They did the exact opposite of what the RN said to do. Their behaviour that morning is hard to ignore, I dont quite know how the Bori's can justify their actions.

Too true, a death in the family causes people to ring friends,a kidnapping with a threating ransom note is not a time to call the brunch club together.IMO when the Rams called their friends that morning, they knew they were dealing with a death.

I don't remember where I read this but the police videotaped all the vehicles in the neighborhood.
