The Fort Atkinson Police Department is looking for three children that are missing after they were last seen with their father, 35-year-old Hui Zhu on Monday, July 23rd at 2:00 am.
Zhu took the children against the wishes of the mother (his wife) and has not been seen since. Zhu was operating his 2015 white Ford F-150 with WI registration LH4873.
He has a large dragon tattoo on his left upper arm. He left with $7,000 cash and the kids' birth certificates. According to Zhu’s wife, his mental stability has been deteriorating over the past 6 months.
