Silver Alert issued in Madison, Dane County, WI for missing Andrew Alexander, 66, Black, Male, 5'11" and 180 lbs.,with brown eyes, gray/short hair, beard and mustache. Last seen on 11/17/19 wearing black pants, brown boots, black and white baseball hat. Mr. Alexander is missing from the 2000 block of McKenna Blvd. in Madison where he was visiting family. Mr. Alexander is from Illinois and unfamiliar with the area.
