Circumstances of Disappearance
Ms. Best was last known to be in St. Croix County on November 8, 2019 where she had dropped off some belongings to a family member. After sometime family received letters in the mail that stated she was going to start a new life in a new location. The letters in themselves were not normal for Ms. Best as she would never have grammar or spelling errors and it was in all capital letters. She was last known to be driving a 1994 Toyota Camry, silver/aluminum in color, bearing Wisconsin license plate AFG3241. No contact has been made with her since November 8, 2019.
