I couldn't find this person listed here on WS so I added as new.
Horacio was 33 years old when he went missing from his home in Beloit, Wisconsin on December 3, 2018. He was living with his aunt at the time of his disappearance.
He did not have a vehicle. Several forms of identification were found in his room, as well as his cell phone
His employer, and his aunt both reported that Horacio had some paranoid behavior prior to his disappearance.
Police have checked area hospitals but have not found Horacio. He does not have any other family in the area. There has been no activity reported on his bank account and no one has seen or heard from him since.
Horacio is described as a Hispanic male, between 5’3” tall and 5’5” tall, and between 125-135 pounds. He has black hair, and brown eyes.
Despite there being very little information, law enforcement continues to seek answers about what happened to Horacio De La Cruz Barrera
