In those Imgur photos, I see a lease sitting on top of the gas meter by the back door. Probably kept it there for easy access when the dog needed to go out.

Probably, and the sliding glass door would have been a spot the suspect was surveilling.

Night all, every night here, I see some information I hadn’t thought about.

Re: Jayme's presence in house.

I was always under the impression that LE originally confirmed that Jayme was in the house at the time of the 911 call.
I never saw LE state that she was present at time of murder(s).

The news reports from 3 days after the crime state that Fitzgerald said she was home when the parents were shot, based on 911 and “other evidence” that couldn’t be disclosed. I’m just questioning how they know she was actually inside at the exact moment(s) of the shootings.
