Jerome Russell Teubert was last seen leaving his family members’ residence located in Albion, Wisconsin in Dane County on September 29th, 2013.

His family and friends received letters from him that indicate suicidal tendencies.

Jerome is a white male, 5’11”, and 225-250 pounds. He has partially gray or gray hair, brown eyes, a mustache, and glasses. He may also go by his nickname Russ.

Jerome has a black 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with Wisconsin plates ‘HD2329’ that expired in 2013. The truck has an extended cab and a sticker on the window reads “Vollas Carts & Service.”

I always think it's so strange when missing vehicles have never been located...so is it a matter of vehicles being hidden away like in a barn, or under water, or down a cliffside? I would think otherwise they could be traced through their VIN numbers.
