[h=1]Police: 28-year-old woman missing from Green Bay considered endangered[/h]

Jessica Hovell, 28, was last heard from around 2:30 a.m. July 20. She is missing under suspicious circumstances, police said.

She is believed to be with a 32-year-old man, Brian Lequia, and possibly traveling in a 2004 gold Chevy Impala with Wisconsin license plate 590-ZNN. The vehicle should have noticeable driver's side damage.
