If your kids are going to be taking part in the sometimes deadly "game" of choking who better to supervise than a Registered Sex Offender.

This can't be my reoffending offender for the day because they said the crime is not sexual in nature. Oh-Kay.

Joseph Lango watched as his step-son and two friends were choking eachother to obtain a high. One of the boys who were ages 12, 13, and 14 didn't want to get choked. Lango showed the other boy how to do it and promptly choked this kid until he lost vision, and consciousness.

As always there's a neighbor who says "Yeah he's be in trouble before, but he's a good guy. I'm sure he didn't mean anything by it". WTH?

The guy is out on bond. He's to have no interaction with the kids involved. However, he can plan to see his stepson if arrangements are made and supervision.
