A Deerfield woman with dementia is missing, the Dane County Sheriff's Office said.
Kathleen "Kathy" Featherstone, 64, was last seen at about midnight Friday at the TA Travel Center in Janesville, Lt. Tony Fleres said.
Featherstone lived in a group home in Deerfield and has a history of asking for money at rides at truck stops and gas stations, Fleres said
She may be trying to travel to Rockford, Illinois, Fleres said.
Featherstone is a white woman with long gray hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 9 inches tall and about 240 lbs. She was wearing a black and white plaid shirt with blue jeans, white socks and black sandals, Fleres said.
