Circumstances of Disappearance Louise Frank was last seen on November 30, 1984, in the city of Two Rivers, Wisconsin. She reportedly left their residence on foot to walk to a local diner for a cup of coffee and never returned home. At the time she was last seen, Louise was reportedly wearing a red knit cap, a black full-length quilted coat, black pants, and was carrying a medium-sized brown purse. A subject matching Louise’s description was later observed near a pier along Lake Michigan in Two Rivers. Following her disappearance, search efforts were conducted by law enforcement and the United States Coast Guard in East Twin River, West Twin River, and Lake Michigan. Approximately one week later, Louise’s purse was located along the Lake Michigan shoreline approximately 4 to 5 miles north of the last reported sighting. No additional evidence has been located. Louise Frank remains missing.
