An Adams County man was reported missing after he failed to show up for appointments Friday, according to a news release.
According to the alert Monday afternoon, Woodard is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds. He drives an orange 2001 Nissan Xterra with license plate 506-VBW.
Woodard has ties to Sauk and Milwaukee counties.
The sheriff's office said Woodard is not considered a danger to the public or himself.
