WI WI- Redgranite, Unk Remains Found 3/13/2025

Per the linked article from WFRV, human skeletal remains were discovered near Redgranite, WI in the town of Leon on 3/13/2025.

I was able to narrow the area down a bit more, and updated the image I posted. This is very close to where I live, so I took a ride a bit ago. I of course did not want to get in the way or be a gawker or be insensitive and take photos, but I did see that north of the cemetery on the east side of the street there was yellow tape around a perimeter.

Why Oshkosh? 40 mins away. Different county.
Depies went missing from Appleton (outagamie/calumet counties). No I think they know where depies is, but only generally. Someone confessed but they didn’t find the body where they said it would be.

Only one who fits is Jon, like you said. He was there in that county the morning he went missing.

My guess again is going to be a person not reported missing. There’s too many things in terms of location that don’t fit anyone we know.

I’m thinking Oshkosh due to it being a relatively straight shot over on Hwy 21 and then a bit north. It’s how I picture someone choosing where to dump (like an easy highway drive and then just a bit off the highway).

I looked through Jon’s forum and found the FB post where people mention a name of someone with him that night. HER addresses that I could find are still north of where this body was found. But not sure who the male was they are talking about or where he lived. Maybe he lived south of where this body was found - as in King, WI to body site to his address.

I really don’t think it’s him, but I would be glad to poke into his case more. King is right on a lot of water and if he was impaired he could easily have drowned. That’s been my suspicion for a while now.

This is taken from Dept of Corrections public records. I can't link it directly because of the java or whatever code they have. You can find it yourself DOC Home and then pick person in our care or custody.

This serves as a reminder we should check people who have absconded too when they find a body, since they don't always get a missing report because they are already flagged as missing.

Two pretty big red flags.

During our interview with police, they were clear in saying that Jon was with Hailey for several hours. What’s not entirely clear is if they were alone.

According to the detectives, they believe another person was at the house at some point. However, because of a lack of cooperation, they can’t confirm if that person had any contact with Jon or if anyone else was there.

Hailey did tell the police that Jon walked out of her home at 8 a.m. and that was the last time she saw him. Mind you, it was March in Wisconsin.

Remains have been identified as Tiffeny Schneider.

March 26, 2025

Sheriff Wally Zuehlke said the human remains of Tiffeny Schneider were located near County Road EE between Blackhawk Ave and 26th Court in the town of Leon on March 13. Today, Schneider would be 33. Zuehlke said Schneider was reported missing on June 22, 2024.
