Schaffer was last seen at South 76th Street and West Oklahoma Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 1, 2005. He was homeless at the time of his disappearance and was known to stay in parks. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

UP71793 was a single right humerus bone found in the Honey Creek River in Wauwatosa on June 18, 2020. It belonged to a male of uncertain race/ethnicity, 20-60 yo, estimated height of 5'4"-6'2".

I checked for removed does, but that was this morning. I bet you are right.
