I looked around on the Zodiac threads here and don't see any mention of William McDuff Andrew as a suspect. Has he been discussed, did I just miss it? Like the other suspects, there is circumstantial evidence linking him to the Zodiac case, and he certainly looks like the witness sketch of the suspect....
