A woman intervened when she saw something amiss in her neighborhood. Surveillance footage showed a man taking a package outside a home and walking away. That's when Brenda Okimaw, 62, was driving by.
"Is that yours? Did you snatch it away?" she said. "I think you better ... I'm calling the police."
The man responds that he was given the package.
"Yeah, I'm going to call the police and they can double-check," she said.
Okimaw had never met the residents of the home she helped until after the incident.
