<!--startindex-->MARIANNA, Pa. -- A West Virginia woman is dead after a one-car crash in Pennsylvania that happened after her husband choked on coffee and blacked out while driving.
Marcella Branch, 66, died at the scene of the crash on Interstate 79 in western Pennsylvania Wednesday afternoon.
Washington County Coroner Tim Warco said the driver, who police identified as 69-year-old Carl Branch, told authorities he choked after taking a drink of coffee and lost control of his car when he blacked out.
The northbound car overturned and skidded across both lanes of the highway.
Marcella Branch died of head injuries. Her husband was flown to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, but he's expected to recover.http://www.ktvu.com/news/5539283/detail.html<!--stopindex-->
