A Massachusetts woman escaped with only an ankle injury after being dumped into the back of a garbage truck.
Police say the Framingham woman was searching for aluminum cans in a dumpster when a truck came and emptied it.
The MetroWest Daily News reports the truck driver was about to press the compacting button when a worker installing carpet nearby heard the woman's screams. He alerted the driver just in time.
