It does look a lot like her, but Alcala was in jail from Oct.14, 1974 through June 17, 1977, and she disappeared in 75.

After reading the circumstances of her disappearance, I think Julie Ann Garciacelay met her demise in Australia, sadly. jmo

Wow, the resemblance is uncanny.

Sadly, doing a quick search about this, it appears that Julie Garciacelay's mother, Ruth, lost another daughter (to illness) in May 2010. It appears that she has three daughters, two of whom have presumably died before her. I hope she and her only surviving daughter are doing ok.

That woman has been identified as alive according to reports.
