I found Susie living in Ocala Florida as of the 1930 census. The head of household was an RP Torbert. She had younger siblings Sam (or maybe Sara) and Paul Woodley. Their mother was Willi "something" Torbert. Census records are hard to read!

There were other older children living in the home at the time. Perhaps it was a remarriage after a death or divorce?

The only other record I can find so far about her is that she lived on Connally Dr in Atlanta from 1998 to 2002. No relatives associated with her. Maybe neighbors remember her?

I couldn't get information about Sam (Sara) or Paul Woodley. It seems their name was also spelled Woodbury at times. It is confusing.
