I am staring a thread only because I think it is so important that everyone write in to Dan Abrams, LKL, Greta Van Sustern, Bill O'Reilly and the channels themselves. I have just done so and asked them to have Tom Miller on re his book. I explained a little bit about it and hopefully you will also.
