Circumstances of Disappearance Last seen walking out of his home on Lincoln Drive. A friend who had been searching shared he spotted Elbert the day he went missing walking towards the Go-Mart in South Charleston.

That walk according to maps, is approximately a (20) twenty minute walk.>>

<<A missing persons report was filed and a Silver Alert was issued, searches were conducted and utilized canine search dogs at and near Mr. Hall's residence, but lost his scent at the "Put Golf Hill" in Charleston.

Reportedly, drivers passing by witnessed Mr. Hall getting into a gold car the day he disappeared.
