<<friend reported seeing him walking in the direction of a local gas station/convenience store nearby named "Go-Mart" that day in South Charleston.
That walk according to maps, is approximately a (20) twenty minute walk.>>
<<A missing persons report was filed and a Silver Alert was issued, searches were conducted and utilized canine search dogs at and near Mr. Hall's residence, but lost his scent at the "Put Golf Hill" in Charleston.
Reportedly, drivers passing by witnessed Mr. Hall getting into a gold car the day he disappeared.
