Yes, he was sentenced to life without any possibility of parole. They moved him to Northern for his safety. ( what the world??)

I am Kathy's sister and tomorrow will be the anniversary of her death. It is always a hard day for my family...but we refuse to let this man take more from us. We celebrate Kathy's life and remember...

She is missed and loved.
