Michael Jeremy Crouse was last seen in the 20th Street area of Huntington, WV between March and May of 2021.
He is considered endangered as he suffers from mental illness and may not be receiving treatment.
Crouse is 33 years old, 5 ‘7” tall, 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He may have been in Las Vegas, NV in June 2022.
