Very little information out there about the murder of Nancy McMillan, a former Magistrate and employee of the Raleigh County Prosecutor's office.

Her murder happened just 4 months after the murder of Cynthia Jane Miller

I spoke with a Beckley detective. An arrest was made in this case and a man was put on trial, but he was acquitted of the murder so it remains open.
