According to this article, Laramie County authorities responded to a call about a burned vehicle just southeast of Cheyenne and discovered the body of a Hispanic male in his early 20s floating in a nearby reservoir. The article is partially behind a paywall but it appears to be this location:

I'm not finding other articles about this yet to get further details. This is extremely close to I80 and quite close to I25, so this person could potentially be from anywhere, with WY, CO, or NE most likely.

The vehicle that was burned appeared to be some type of Lincoln SUV/Crossover. The year, model, color of the vehicle remains to be determined. An Arson Investigator has been called to the scene to investigate the cause and origin of the fire.

The identification of the male is unknown.

Body Found in Reservoir East of Cheyenne

Sheriff’s spokeswoman Capt. Linda Gesell says deputies investigating a report of a burned vehicle on Burlington Trail Road spotted the body floating in Wyoming Hereford Ranch Reservoir Number 1 around 1:30 p.m. this (Sunday) afternoon.

Gesell says the vehicle that was burned appeared to be a Lincoln SUV or crossover and may be connected to a reported shooting in northeast Cheyenne early this morning.

Looks like he had a personal problem start in early November based upon the posts and that photo. Is that a fist that leaves that kind of bruising on ones head? I see three distinct bruises like maybe from knuckles and then the cut? Hopefully he made people aware of who his beef was with and Justice will be served quickly.
