Dan Tinney, 42, from Cheyenne, went missing while hunting in Medicine Bow National Forest. He was last seen on Oct. 27 wearing a dark-colored Under Armor hoodie with a florescent logo on the front, jeans and western work boots. Tinney is 6-foot-3 and drives a 2018 dark gray Dodge dually pickup.
