Katie Ferguson was traveling back to Cody from Alabama with her two children and her ex-boyfriend Oct. 10, when she vanished somewhere around Little Rock, Arkansas, James Pulver, a Wyoming-based bail bondsman, posted to the Facebook page Missing People of Wyoming.

Ferguson’s mother Mona Hartling, also of Cody, authored a similar post in recent days, adding that Ferguson’s ex-boyfriend and her two young daughters made it back to Cody without her.

Ferguson’s siblings likewise published notices about their sister’s disappearance.

Aviles announced his relationship with Ferguson via his own Facebook page July 18, 2021. A woman recently commented under his post: “Where is she?!”

If we take this statement at face value then it appears all four of them were travelling together. At some point in Arkansas Katie simply vanishes, but the other three (ex-husband and two children) arrive home safely?

People do not 'vanish' into thin air. IMO there must be more to the story than what we know at this point.

A police camera in Trumann, Arkansas, captured Aviles Jr.’s vehicle Oct. 5. There was no projectile hole in the passenger side door on that video, says the affidavit.

A Texas State Patrol camera captured the vehicle four days later, Oct. 9. This time, the camera showed the projectile hole in the passenger door concealed with tape. Ferguson wasn’t in the vehicle, and a clothing heap covered the passenger seat, the document says.

Based on the MSM reports posted above we're now getting the details surrounding Katie's disappearance. As unfortunate as they are to read, it does present many new facts in the case.

We still do not know Katie's location and what may have taken place prior to her disappearance, but IMO, based on these MSM reports, the ex-BF should be able to answer those questions.
