Police in Middletown are trying to put a stop to an x-rated prank caller. But, the man making the frequent filthy calls may never be punished.
Police say women have received dozens of dirty calls. One victim reports the comments were so sexual in nature they "weren't repeatable."
But, investigators are frustrated because even once they find the suspect, law restricts them from charging him because the calls were made from out of state.
