Honestly fumbling the gender of the child is the least suspicious thing about this case to me. I've had a lot of friends that would have a baby boy and then a girl (or vice versa) and would constantly say "my son- I mean my daughter" out of habit for the baby for the first couple of months...

I would think the case is federal because the Judge decided to give it up to a Superior (federal court) last week. We had a discussion about it on here I believe. Because the FBI was brought in to investigate that gave them the option of giving the case up to a superior court, right?
