AUDIO - KFI’s Steve Gregory interviews Sargeant Chris Maritzy, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office (Spelling of the Sgt's last name is a guess as it does not appear in the summary)

[...]

27-year-old Gloria Huerta was living with her dog in a small travel trailer on her friend's property in the Littlerock area of Palmdale.

On the night of August 2, 2020, a fight breaks out on the property between Gloria, a few male friends, her landlord, and a few others. As the fight ended at least one person pulled out a shotgun and chased Gloria's friends off the property. Investigators say at least one round from the shotgun was fired, though it appears (although it's not confirmed) that no one was struck.

The next morning, Gloria was speaking to male friend who was incarcerated at LA County jail. In this conversation, Gloria is clearly distraught, crying and telling her friend that she is about to lose everything and referring to a male named 'Dopey' who came and stole her property. At the end of the conversation, her friend tells her everything will be ok when he gets out of jail, to which Gloria responds, 'If I'm alive by then."

Later that morning, she called another male friend who says she sounded 'scared and upset' and said that she was 'taxed' by the male named 'Dopey' and an unknown female. A short time after this call ended, Gloria called again, but this time she didn't speak to her friend, instead, he says he could hear her telling someone in the background that she had been stabbed and someone tried to kill her. The call then ended.

That was the last time anyone heard from Gloria. She disappeared. In the days after her disappearance, her trailer and car also disappeared.

Gloria was not officially reported missing until August 31, 2020.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Homicide investigators say all of the people they have spoken to believe that Gloria was murdered and her body dumped somewhere in the desert. They also know that she and her landlord had a rocky relationship and that he is believed to be one of the last people to see Gloria alive. To date, investigators have authored 30 search warrants and spoke to more than 30 people, but so far they have not been able to solve this case.

this sounds like she actually just butt dialed or dialed whomever she could as she was possibly assaulted and stabbed. this case could be solved but the characters involved dont trust LE and wont "snitch". im surprised no one hs come upon her trailer tho. unless its stored on someones property and concealed.

so her trailer possibly was destroyed and alleged pieces of it were found in the desert. (per podcast) within 5 miles from property she disappeared from per LASO.
