Bond: Based upon the agreement of parties, it is hereby ordered that the defendant shall be released upon own recognizance ($0 Bond), subject to the following conditions: Defendant shall report to the Mental Health Court admin office immediately upon release for further instructions; shall complete each & every aspect of the Mental Health Court program & shall reside in Cobb County during the entire period of Drug Treatment Court. Failure to abide by any of these conditions shall result in the revocation of this bond. Waiver of right to withdraw guilty plea signed. DA filed Order Withholding sentence until defendant's completion of said program. The State has stated its intention, should the defendant successfully complete said program, to move that this guilty plea be withdrawn & request an order of Nolle Posequi be entered.
