Fitzpatrick (30) mother killed in fire set intentionally by Kyle Tyler on 1/20/23 in Topeka. - *Kyle James Tyler (32) was arrested & booked (1/21/23) & charged (1/23/23) with 3 counts of 1st degree murder committed in the commission of another felony, 4 counts aggravated assault (arson) & 2 counts aggravated child endangerment. Bond at $1M.
Trial was set to begin on 1/22/24 continued on 8/26/24.
