RALEIGH 1/02/2024 2:44 PM -- The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Missing Endangered Alert. Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Rashad Ahmad Fuller, who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment. Anyone with information about Rashad Ahmad Fuller should call Lt. R. Jackson at the Harnett County Sheriff's Office at (910) 893-9111.
