According to court paperwork, Pennington and Dicenzo knew each other well and troopers believe that Pennington shot Dicenzo over a dispute related to $30,000 and plans to buy a bar.

AD was found in the backseat with a tarp to conceal his body. He was shot in the head twice.
The men knew each other for decades. NP is claiming self defense. Hmm, wonder if AD had a weapon.
