I thought the blood being found in the carport was a rumor. Did LE ever confirm that there was in fact blood found in the carport?

Since it has been all over the media as "LE said there was blood" I assume LE said so, because LE hasn't refuted it.

However, I don't think LE has confirmed much of anything in this case. We still don't know HOW Holly went missing!

Dragged?

Strolled?

Walked while arguing?

Dragged while abductor threatened her brother?

Brother was sleeping?

Brother was in the shower?

Brother didn't intervene?

Brother went out with a shotgun?

Brother called 911 immediately?

Brother waited an hour to call 911?

Seriously... we have NO clue.

However, I want to know if the blood is even HUMAN
. I wouldn't be surprised if there is blood all over that property, their trucks AND their camo clothing. They are hunters. Blood found outside the home or in the carport would not raise my suspicions at all. Unless the family can say it wasn't there before, or they can prove it is Holly's.

Daggone, if it was someone who "knew the routine" he would have known the brother was home at the time.
That is for sure not the time someone would try something like this.

I am guessing at any other time of her day one or both of her parents are home along with her brother. With Holly's busy schedule I doubt she is home alone very often.

In the morning when the brother is sleeping or in the shower, maybe be the best bet.

He got her, they haven't found them... so it worked out for him didn't it?

According to Will Nunley, the lake by the Bobo's house has been searched. He was there when it was searched. However, I don't know if they mean the brown body of water on their property or the larger lake across the road.

My questioning there was based on someone knowing there routing. I suppose it did work out but I don't think many people would try it that is all. Yes, "it" worked... whatever "it" is. But we need to find out what the mode of abduction was and certainly who. All things unfortunately up in the air.

Okay seriously, these are just AWESOME. I totally want one.

Just my gut feeling on this case but I don't see the brother or the boyfriend being involved. The sheriff plainly states that the initial call came in at 7:30 a.m. and they were on the scene immediately so if they were on the scene, why would the brother need to call 911 an hour later? As far as the boyfriend, I see two happy kids in all of the photos that were posted on the Crimesider slide show of the two of them together. He is as equally handsome as she is pretty so I don't think there is a jealousy issue involved. It looks to me as if an opportunity presented itself for whoever took her and he seized that opportunity.

Those pictures are her boyfriend, not her brother.

Her profile picture is of them and so is his. He also has pictures of himself on his facebook which confirm that it is him in her profile picture.

I don't believe I have seen a picture of Holly with her brother anywhere.

Okay, so even though the house sits on the smaller 2 acre lot, they also own the much larger lot to the south and west.

And it appears that they may go hunting there.... one thing I have read is that the brother thought it was the boyfriend turkey hunting back there.

I can definitely vouch that the boyfriend hunts turkeys and just about everything else. So if he normally hunts back there, that makes sense...

If he didn't see her being dragged initially and she was just standing there. That may not alarm him immediately...

Like I said, we need to hear from the brother.

I also wonder if it is possible that the abductor is someone who is familiar and possibly jealous of the boyfriend, not necessarily an exboyfriend of Holly's, but someone who may be friends with the boyfriend, who may have secretly wanted for Holly's affections.

Maybe even a hunting buddy of the boyrfriend.

This is my thinking. A friend of the brother or boyfriend. There has been a couple of people who have made me go :waitasec: for no other reason but a gut feeling.

no offense to any of our k9 searchers here but after reading about the boy who was just across the street and behind a garage, and dogs searched and couldn't find him for 4 hours (that is when handlers pulled them off and a neighbor found the child), i've kinda lost faith in them. for now anyway....

See the problem is that they have to bring the RIGHT dogs... not just your regular K9 unit from the police department OR the prison dogs. In many cases that is all they bring out for a while, when they finally bring out really SAR dogs it might be too late.

Do we know what kind of dogs are searching for Holly?

Humm.. Maybe they want his face out there too.

I thought yesterday when I saw the mom she knows who did this and is very afraid but cant believe it sorta. Like in her head she is saying no -but she knows ya know?

also.... they both have their default photos on FB of eachother together. DS has himself listed as in a relationship with Holly.

so are you guys saying you've heard they were broken up?

edit: sorry, i screwed that up and meant to quote another person as well.

The only dog that I have seen a photo of is a bloodhound, though I don't know what this particular dog was specifically trained for.

Respectfully snipped for space. I'm aware that is her boyfriend. I was commenting on the fact that someone mentioned that he wasn't as handsome as she is pretty and I was stating simply that they both looked like nice looking kids and I didn't believe jealousy was an issue, meaning for him, since he was just as handsome as she is pretty.

There have been a couple of non-MSM reportings stating that she had been broken up with the boyfriend for a few days and that there was an additional ex-boyfriend, who she had a restraining order against. We do not know this for fact.

Well at least we know it wasn't a police dog then LOL Not the typical k9 protection type dog anyway...

The sheriff in the video I posted a page or two back said that they had used 'tracking' dogs. I'm not sure about anything else more specific than that, though. Like what kind of tracking dogs?

Bobo was last seen Wednesday morning being walked away from her home by the man toward woods around her home.

The TBI previously reported her 25-year-old brother saw her being dragged away, but Mehr clarified that description.

That's more in line with what the blog says above. Makes me wonder if the other things could also be true.

Here it is again: http://missingpersonsblog.blogspot.com/2011/04/holly-bobo-no-dragging-of-holly.html
