Golden Gate Bridge Suicides

40 People Who Have Jumped From The Golden Gate Bridge

Mostly they were found.....I find it very hard to look at all their pretty smiling faces, knowing they must have been in tremendous pain. There are also a few listed without picture. Seeing the names most of them are still missing and some of them didn't jump from the GG Bridge.

This is a great idea @aThousandYearsWide! Thank you and @Bit of hope for all of your hard work so far. Once I'm done spending time with the grandbabies I'll be happy to help. It'll likely be either Sunday or Monday. Let me know what tasks need done. ;)
Thank you YaYa_521! It was actually your thread on the recent Doe found that gave me the idea. The layered clothing reminded me of another Golden Gate doe from 1991. I was curious if there was a specific reason and researched from there.

However you want to contribute is perfectly fine! :)

Should we also look at people who are supposedly jumped from the "Bay bridge"? (San Francisco-Oakland Bay bridge) or the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge. They could have been found in the San Francisco Bay too, or is that confusing?
I think that is a great idea! They all would likely end up in the same place and if it is a Doe it may not be clear where they jumped from and vice versa.

Thank you for your hard work on this thread! :)

Can someone smarter than me explain whether they could search the bay areas using modern technology to try to find some of these people? Or is it just too deep and vast? Or is the biggest issue that
many end up out to the gulf, so it would likely be unsuccessful?
