Nope you are not crazy. All we know is that someone got a phone call or something telling them to be at the courthouse on Monday and said they were Joanne from Baez's office and all we know about it is that Joanner on our boards says it wasn't her.

It sounded like Mason said they would file an objection when they returned if the A's motion is granted.

It is my theory that the DT is planning on tearing the A's testimony and the A's apart on the witness stand when they testify for the Prosecution.

And ... if I remember correctly, when it was time for ICA to be escorted out, wasn't there an extra guard or two who walked with ICA to her room ?

I just heard Mason say that they are going to renew their efforts to obtain the Transcript of George Anthony's Grand jury testimony
around the 11min mark

Thanks, I couldn't recall what the "veiled threat" (IMO) was about ... Mason loves to do that ... he loves to spout and bully ... what that had to do with anything at today's hearing is a mystery to me ...
Was he comparing the GJ transcript to transcripts of depositions ? And shouldn't he have already refiled to get that ? ... :waitasec:

I think you are correct. What in particular do you think the defense is going to go after in each of the Anthony's testimony based on what we know they have said? And please anyone/everyone jump in on this. Personally I think they are going to try to use George for 'reasonable doubt as to SODDI.' George stated he was the last person to see Casey and Caylee alive when he walked them to the car (this was the last version) on July 9th. (incorrect date of course) He had keys to KC's car, he knew the smell was decomp and didn't call the LE but drove that stinking car home and put it in his garage. I believe the defense is going to say he abused KC and probably was doing the same to Caylee...when there was a terrible accident and Caylee died. JMO of course

That does sound like normal behavior for ICA- GA said his daughter takes things as far as they can possibly go, and then does more...

Don't know if JBP was just bluffing when he said that only one member of the defense and prosecution would know where jury selection would be and that the rest would only find out on Monday but,

maybe during the in camera today he found out that more than one member of the defense team now knows the location (violating the judges restrictions) and threatened to find them in contempt of court if they continued with the motion to complain about the jury selection location.

I also believe that ICA was crying because she is not getting her way and that it is no longer fun to be a paralegal.

Maybe JBP told Mr Baez and Mr. Mason that they weren't to concerned about the publicity and thier client getting a fair trial when they were doing thier media blitz this week !! So don't complain about the Venue..

OT but ...Yikes - I just realized something. In her jailhouse letters didn't ICA say very specifically that she thinks GA did the same thing to her (sexual abuse) only when she was much younger? I had always wondered why that was so specific. It just stood out to me. Didn't she say the supposed abuse from Lee took place when she was around twelve? Much younger than that would put her in early childhood range. I think ICA said that exactly for the purpose of setting up a scenario where GA can be accused of abusing Caylee who was a much younger child. I think she's been slowly setting him up for a long time.

I find it very odd that GA and CA would be in court despite the possibility of a set up on George. I find it REALLY odd that they sit there smiling and laughing. I think they are completely working with the DT, no matter what their own attorney makes it sound like. They have been plotting, scheming and 100% pro-Casey from day one and I believe nothing has changed. Smokescreens. Maybe they are even playing their own attorney and he hasn't a clue what's going on.
