from what I have read, there is documentation at the jail of her eye doc and RX for the glasses.

There is no restriction for corrective lenses on her Drivers license. I don't know how California does it, but here in RI on the front of my license it says I have a restriction. The code for that restriction is listed on the back. Which is for Corrective lenses.

There was a lot of discussion about the Walmart receipt over the weekend. I think it was pretty conclusively established that there was no hair color on that receipt. What some speculated was hair color seems to have been sunscreen.

1) only the SA can offer a deal

2) the SA has proof of premeditation and this is a first degree case. Not a second degree case and for sure worthy of a first degree sentence! not a second degree sentence.

I once heard an expert on stalking (an FBI lady, I forget her name) say that you should never engage the stalker, even negatively; they feed off any attention given to them by their victim.

It's extremely inappropriate for them to be laughing in court and shows insensitivity to the victim's family. I do not feel bad for them.

Regardless, we were told in the opening posts that we were not to talk about the defendant's family members.

She wanted to plead guilty to 2nd degree murder. I'm not sure what the sentence would be like on a 2nd degree charge, but I know it would be a heck of a lot less time than 1st degree! JM obviously felt confident that he had enough evidence to prove 1st degree, so he denied her. LWOP or DP only for premeditated murder. :rocker:

Oh and in the plea agreement the defense sent... they referenced MANSLAUGHTER cases. :what:
