i think she knows. sounds to me like he didn't back up her bruised neck story and she's pissed off about it. i just don't know if either side can call MM because he's involved in forging those letters.

i was wondering if the state could use him in rebuttal but not about the letters---he can't be made to incriminate himself. i was wondering if they could ask him JUST about the 'strangling' incident. don't know if that's possible but i wish it was.

If he takes the stand and he feels he may be charged, he can plead the fifth and refuse to answer under the grounds of self-incrimination.

Can someone tell me at the end of the trial, how will the 12 jurors be selected?

Also if the reduced schedule by InSession starts 3/4, will we still be able to watch the full day on a live feed? I'm hoping InSession will delay their change until after this trial is finished. Or....wonder if HLN will expand their coverage. Anyone have any updates on this?

But the motion is to preclude them. I would think the defense would want them in. I'm so confused......

I totally agree with you. I love when he will ask her a question and it seems as if he just got a fact wrong. She instantly corrects him and he repeats her correction. At first, I was thinking, "C'mon, Juan, get it right." Then it hit me that he does this on purpose to show her memory is just fine, even though she conveniently isn't remembering very much. Love it!!

Travis was not an actor.
Her movie references are insulting.
IMO

Her alleged fade to grey I almost died is bull.

I was in a fight for my life ONCE.
I REALLY have no memory for a period of time.
When I came to I was being lifted off the ground by my hair to a standing position .
I heard and felt my scalp lift off my skull as my hair ripped out in a clump.
I looked around he room and realized that I had tried to crawl under the bedside tables in the room to protect myself because I could not escape.

After I was let go. BY THE GRACE OF GOD....
I cried hard for HOURS.

By THE time the sun rose I could not move.
Much less allow ANYONE to touch me.
I HURT EVERYWHERE.I had bruises on the tops and bottoms of my feet
